A total of ten three-year-old progeny by Protectionist are nominated for this year's most important German classics, the German Derby (G1) and the German Oaks (G1). Six of his three-year-olds are scheduled for the Derby; four for the Oaks, including the top two-year-old performers AMAZING GRACE, MILKA and SPORTING. Additionally, nine progeny of the Melbourne Cup hero by the great Monsun are pointed at the classics for two-year-olds. We expect an exciting 2021 season and wish all breeders best of luck for the foaling season and the the upcoming year of horse racing!
